What protects your data, without rounding up
We would rather tell you exactly what is in place today than line up badges we could not prove.
A security page exists to be verified, not to reassure. So here is only what we can demonstrate today. When a measure is validated by an independent third party, it will appear here with its proof. Until then, it will not.
Access control
Each employee sees only what they need to do their job. You decide who gets access to what, and you can revoke it at any time.
Encrypted communications
All traffic between your browser and the platform goes over HTTPS/TLS. Your credentials and your data are never sent in the clear.
A designated privacy officer
Law 25 requires a person responsible for the protection of personal information. At ORYX that is Anthony Payeur, CEO, reachable at admin@oryxgestion.com.
Your data belongs to you
You can request a full copy or the deletion of your data at any time, with no need to justify yourself.
Our subprocessors are public
Which providers handle your data, what for, and where they operate: it is all listed in our privacy policy, including the Meta advertising pixel that runs on this marketing site.
What we do not yet claim
ORYX holds no independent security certification and does not guarantee that your data stays in Canada: our infrastructure relies on providers that also operate abroad. The day that changes, it will be written here.
Your security questions
Where exactly is my data stored?
In the infrastructure of our hosting providers, several of which operate abroad. The full list, with countries, is in the « Subprocessors » section of our privacy policy. We will not tell you everything stays in Canada: we could not prove it.
Who can see my data?
You and the people you grant access to. Access control lets you limit what each employee can see, and revoke access at any time.
Does my data belong to me?
Yes, entirely. You can request a copy or deletion at any time by writing to admin@oryxgestion.com, in line with Law 25 and the GDPR.
