Client list from Acomba, Sage 50 or Excel Import your clients and send your accounting data

In short

With ORYX Console, you start from your files, not a blank page: your client list comes in from an Acomba, Sage 50 or Excel file.

From there, your data goes out: a push to QuickBooks Online, Acomba and Avantage exports, and a payroll export in Excel or CSV, with regular and overtime hours separated. ORYX isn't accounting software: your books stay in your own software.

What comes in

You don't have to retype your clients

Import your client list from an Acomba, Sage 50 or Excel file. A file you already have, and your client list is in the tool.

  • Acomba
  • Sage 50
  • Excel
Names and logos belong to their respective owners. Import by file.

What goes out

Your data goes to accounting and payroll

  • QuickBooks Online, Acomba and Avantage

Invoices export to Acomba and Avantage, and ORYX Console pushes to QuickBooks Online for your bookkeeping.

  • Payroll export in Excel or CSV

“Approve the week” and “Export payroll” sit at the top of the Timesheets screen. Regular and overtime hours come out separated, in Excel or CSV, for your payroll software.

What ORYX Console doesn't do

  • ORYX isn't accounting software: it goes from the request to the invoice and the recorded payment. Your books stay in your own software.
  • ORYX doesn't do CCQ payroll: hours go out in Excel or CSV for your payroll software. For CCQ payroll, keep specialized software.
